In what can be considered as a Dussehra gift, the Odisha government today hiked the government Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) employees’ Dearness Allowance (DA) by 2 percent.
Bhubaneswar: In what can be considered as a Dussehra gift, the Odisha government on Friday hiked the government Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) employees’ Dearness Allowance (DA) by 2 percent.
As per the press release issued by the Chief Minister Office (CMO), Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has approved a 2% increase in DA for state government PSU employees.
With today’s hike of 2 percent, the total DA of the state government PSU employees’ increased to 55 percent from 53 percent.
The hike will be implemented retrospectively from January 1, 2025, mentioned the press release.
