Bhubaneswar: Dense fog shrouded the capital city of Odisha on Thursday morning, which has disrupted the flight operation at the Biju Patnaik International Airport. Several flights were delayed and were left stranded on the runway.
The flights were unable to takeoff as the visibility has reduced drastically. On Thursday, only one flight had takeoff amid extremely poor visibility.
Due to the delay in flight operations, the air travellers had to face inconvenience on the first day of the New Year.
