Cuttack: In a tragic incident, a Class X student has gone missing on Friday while bathing in the Kathajodi River in Cuttack of Odisha. He went missing from the Balighat area in sector 6 of CDA.
The boy has been identified as Sriyansu Das (16), son of Santosh Kumar Das of Madhuban, District-Kendrapada, a Class X student of DAV Public School, CDA-6.
As per information, Sriyansu drowned in the Kathajodi river at Balighat, CDA-6 while he was taking bath today.
After getting information about this from the loclas, Bidanasi Fire Station personnel promptly reached the spot and started search operations.
By the time this report was written, the search operation was undergoing.
