Cuttack: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has visited the Durga Mandaps in Cuttack city today.
While speaking to the media personnel, the Chief Minister informed that the historic Bali Yatra will be held in grand manner. Bali Yatra will be organized in both the upper and the lower ground this year with the permission of the High Court.
The stalls rich in Odisha’s heritage can be kept in the upper area. The Chief Minister said that the administration will take a decision after discussing this with the administration. The Chief Minister said that he is happy to have darshan of the Mother. He has prayed that the entire state will remain in peace and happiness. Cuttack is the city of brotherhood and peace and order are always maintained here, the Chief Minister said. Dussehra is the source of unity and Cuttack city gives the mantra of unity to the entire Odisha, the Chief Minister said.
It is worth mentioning here that, a meeting was conducted at the Collector’s Residence on September 29 in relation to Bali Yatra being held at the Upper Ground. The Orissa High Court will hear in this matter is scheduled to be held on October 9.
