Cauliflower-laden truck overturns in Ganjam district, driver narrowly escapes
The 16 wheeled truck was on its way to Bhubaneswar from Karnataka.
Chhatrapur: The driver off a cauliflower-laden truck narrowly escaped as the truck overturned in Ganjam district of Odisha late in the night yesterday. The accident took place near Dimiria Chhaka on the National Highway number 16 under Khallikote Police Station limits.
As per reports, the cauliflower-laden 16 wheeled truck was on its way to Bhubaneswar from Karnataka. Late at night yesterday the driver somehow lost balance over the steering and the huge vehicle overturned near Dimiria Chhka. Fortunately, the driver of the truck has narrowly escaped. It has been seen that many sacks of cauliflowers are lying on the roadside.
After getting information about the accident, Police reached the spot and initiated investigation to ascertain that in which condition the truck overturned.
