During this march, the BJP government’s failures will be informed to the people, said Mallick adding that the BJP came to power by making many false promises. However, after coming to power, the people of the state are already fed up with the activities of the BJP government.

The BJD leaders alleged that during the last 15 months of BJP’s rule, the law and order situation in the state has deteriorated and women in the state have become unsafe. The BSKY, which was started during Naveen Patnaik’s tenure, was very beneficial for the people of the state in the field of healthcare, but after the Ayushman Yojana was implemented by the BJP government, people are struggling to get healthcare.

“While promising to make Odisha alcohol and drug free, the BJP government is now opening 70 new liquor shops and two liquor factories. Farmers in the state are standing on the roads today due to lack of fertilizer. The government has committed mass murder of democracy by curtailing the powers of elected representatives at the Panchayat level,” said the conch party.
