3 killed in Bullet-Bike head-on collision in Odisha’s Nayagarh district
The incident took place near Godipalli under Odagaon Police Station limits
Odagan: In a tragic incident, at least three persons were killed on the spot in a road mishap in Nayagarh district of Odisha on Tuesday. The incident took place near Godipalli under Odagaon Police Station limits in the district. The accident took place after a bike and a Bullet motorcycle collided head-on.
The deceased have been identified as Silu of Karsingi area of Ganjam district, Santosh Routray of Kendrapara area and Mohan Barik of Chemedi area under Odagaon police station.
As per reports, today afternoon Silu and Santosh were coming in a bike while Mohan was coming in his bullet motorcycle. Near Godipalli the two motor vehicles collided with each other head-on. As a result the three riders of the two vehicles were killed on the spot only.
After getting information, Odagaon police reached the spot and seized the vehicles. Police sent the bodies for autopsy. Further investigation of the matter is underway.
