3 killed, another critical as car meets accident in Odisha’s Bargarh

Bargarh: In a tragic incident, at least three people were killed while another turned critical after a car met an accident in Bargarh of Odisha yesterday night. The accident took place on the over-bridge at the Bhatli Chhak.

The deceased persons have been identified as Sourav Agarwal (26), a businessman of Bargarh town who had married in May this year, Luseneri Disari of Baidupali under Dunguripali Block of Subarnapur district and Gyanaranjan Sahu of Bhubaneswar. The critical woman has been identified as Rijita Sethy.

According to information, three employees of Aditya Birla Opus Paint Company from Bhubaneswar had come to meet a businessman of Bargarh yesterday. After finishing their work, they went to a hotel to dine together and were returning when their vehicle (With Regd. No. 17 P 8478) met an accident at the Bhatli Chhaka over-bridge.

As a result, two of them died on the spot and another person died at the district HQ hospital.

After getting information, Bargarh Town Police reached the spot and seized the vehicle and initiated investigation.
