2 students die in Odisha’s Rayagada district following a Bus-Bike collision
The accident took place on the road between Gudari to Kolnara in the district.
Rayagada: In a tragic incident at least two students were killed in a road mishap in the Rayagada district of Odisha on Thursday morning.
The accident took place near Palupai under Ramnaguda Block on the road between Gudari to Kolnara when the two students were going to their college in a bike.
The two deceased students have been identified as Debendra Shabar (21) of Soura Sahi of Gudari and Bishnu Shabar (21) of Badguda near Dhepaguda in Gudari area.
As per the information received, the two students were on their way to the college when they met the accident.
They had set out from Rayagada’s Gudar and were going to Kolnara’s Badisola College when on the way their bike collided head-on with a bus.
The private bus that was going from Lanjigarh to Berhampur hit the bike.
Hence, they could not appear their exams as they died before reaching the college in the road accident.
A pal of gloom has descended in the area following the sad demise of the two students.
