2 killed following bike-car collision in Odisha’s Kendrapara district
The accident took place near Gopinathpur Sasan in Aul area on the Cuttack-Chandbali road.
Aul: In a tragic incident at least two persons were killed following a head-on collision between a car and a bike in the Kendrapara district of Odisha on Monday. The accident took place near Gopinathpur Sasan in Aul area on the Cuttack-Chandbali road.
The two deceased persons have been identified as Ajit Nayak of Arada village in Pattamundai area and his relative Narendra Das of Aradpali village.
As per reports, the deceased were returning home on a bike after visiting their aunt’s house when their bike collided head-on with a car coming from Pattamundai side near the Gopinathpur sasana Chhack on the Cuttack-Chandbali road.
As a result, the two bikers were seriously injured. Locals rushed them to the Community Health Centre of Aul. However, the doctor declared both of them dead there.
A pal of gloom has descended in the area following death of the two youths.
