10 foot long king cobra rescued from cowshed in Odisha’s Ganjam, watch
The huge venomous reptile was rescued from a cowshed in the Balipadar village under Badapur panchayat of the district.
Berhampur: A 10 foot long king cobra has been rescued in Ganjam district of Odisha on Saturday. The huge venomous reptile was rescued from a cowshed in the Balipadar village under Badapur panchayat of the district.
As per reports, a huge snake had entered the cowshed of Dev Nayak of Balipadar. After knowing about presence of the huge snake in the cowshed Dev called the Snake Help Line members to rescue it.
After getting the call, Snake Help Line members Ram Chandra Sahu and Jagannath Sahu visited the village and went to the spot. They spotted a huge coiled king cobra resting inside the cowshed.
The snake helpline members carefully rescued the snake from the cowshed and brought it outside. Upon observation the huge snake was found to be a 10 foot long king cobra.
Ram then made it to slither into a bag. Then the snake helpline members took the snake along with them and later released it into its natural habitat at a lonely place in the nearby forest far from the village.
