A video showing a group of youngsters bursting firecrackers on top of a moving Scorpio car in Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway has gone viral.
Gurugram: In a shocking incident, a video showing a group of youngsters bursting firecrackers on top of a moving Scorpio car in Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway has gone viral.
In the clip, a Scorpio car can be seen moving at speed on the expressway while a group of youngsters stand on top of it and burst firecrackers. Sparks from the crackers fly around as the vehicle continues to move, creating a serious risk of fire and accidents.
The stunt not only put the youth’s lives in danger but also threatened the safety of other vehicles on the busy road. The video quickly spread on social media, after which Gurugram Police started tracing the car and the people inside it.
Officials confirmed that they are tracing the car and identifying the people involved. Further, they clarified that strict action will be taken against them.
Over the past few months, the Dwarka Expressway has become a popular spot for such risky activities. Youngsters in luxury cars are often seen racing, performing stunts or openly flouting traffic laws.
Police say they are increasing surveillance and patrols on the expressway to stop such reckless acts and ensure road safety.
