CBI Lawyer died in a car accident on Jammu-Srinagar highway
A video on X went viral, in which the Lawyer’s car is being seen hit from behind by a speeding Mahindra Scorpio near Banihal
New Delhi: 35-year-old CBI lawyer Sheikh Adil Nabi who had recently cleared his UPSC examination and joined as the prosecuting officer with the Central Bureau of Investigation was killed in a car accident.
Adil, the victim sustained critical injuries in the accident. He was rushed immediately to the Sub-District Hospital (SDH), Banihal, where he was given first aid. But he couldn’t survive and succumbed to his critical injuries.
Reportedly, Mohammad Shafi, the driver of the Mahindra Scorpio has been arrested in connection with the car accident.
His untimely demise has left the legal fraternity in shock, with many remembering him as a brilliant, humble, and dedicated professional.
