Procedure: Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice and honey on affected areas. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
Yogurt and Turmeric
The lactic acid brightens and exfoliates skin while turmeric controls the irritation due to medicinal properties.
Procedure: 1 tablespoon turmeric to 2 tablespoon of yogurt and let it dry. Rinse it off after drying. Apply a moisturiser
Rice flour scrub
This is one amazing ingredient that gives you instant results. Rice flour combined with rose water and lemon works miracles on the affected areas as it exfoliates the skin.
Procedure: 2 tablespoons of Rice flour, drops of gulab water and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. The rose water should be added to get a paste of desirable consistency

Sandalwood paste

Procedure: Combine rose water and sandalwood powder. Let it sit till it dries out completely. Use cool water to wash it off.
