Actor and reality TV personality Rakhi Sawant once again made headlines with a bizarre remark during her arrival in Mumbai for the shoot of Pati Patni Aur Panga.
Speaking to photographers, she claimed that her late mother had left a letter saying her “real father” was none other than US President Donald Trump. The statement left the media in splits.
When teased further about Trump troubling Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rakhi quickly reacted saying, “Don’t mess with me,” sparking more laughter from the crowd.
Further, Rakhi shifted to a more emotional note. She revealed that the loss of both her parents to cancer had deeply affected her and that she decided to step away from India’s constant media attention.
She explained that she moved to Dubai to start afresh admitting, “I wanted to hide from everyone, so I moved there.”
Reports suggest that Rakhi has purchased a luxury apartment in Dubai and is now focusing on new professional ventures. Among them is an acting academy in Al Karama, which she plans to use to train aspiring actors from the Middle East who dream of making it in Bollywood.
Apart from this, she is currently locked in a bitter divorce battle with her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani. Rakhi has accused him of mismanaging finances, domestic violence and extortion, while Adil has countered with allegations of property fraud, infidelity and leaking his private videos.
