Neha Kakkar’s latest song ‘Candy Shop’ has sparked controversy over its suggestive dance moves and lyrics. The music video, released on December 15, features Neha performing a sensual dance hook.

Critics have slammed the song, calling it “vulgar,” “cringe,” and a “publicity stunt.” Many have taken to social media to express their disappointment, saying the song crosses cultural and aesthetic lines. Some have even compared it to Dhinchak Pooja’s viral tracks, labeling it a failed attempt to mimic K-pop style.

On the other hand, some fans have defended Neha, saying it’s her choice and people shouldn’t watch if they don’t like it. Neha’s brother, Tony Kakkar, has responded to the backlash, saying, “Go ahead and abuse us as much as you want, just give us views”.
