Lion King child actress Imani Dia Smith passes away at 25, boyfriend arrested
25 year-old Imani dia smith known for Nala in The Lion King found dead on December 21, 2025, in New Jersey.
New Delhi: Imani Dia smith a young actress known for playing Young Nala in The Lion King, the long-running Disney hit From September 27, 2011, to September 23, 2012 passes away at the age of 25.
According to the reports on December 21,2025 the Daytime cops responded to a 911 call and when they rushed to the scene and found Imani Dia smith with stab wounds and was immediately rushed to the Robert Wood Johnson University hospital, where she was confirmed dead.
After the investigation, the cops arrested Imani’s boyfriend Jordan D. Jackson-Small, aged 35 who stabbed her.
As per reports, he was charged with first-degree murder, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Ms. Smith leaves behind her three-year-old son, her parents, and her two younger siblings.
