California: Singer Katy Perry and ex-Canada PM Justin Trudeau are again on spotlight after being spotted kissing on her yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, in California. The photos have gone viral.

The photos have obtained by The Daily Mail, the singer was seen in close embrace with Trudeau. While Katy Perry was seen in a black one-piece swimsuit, the 53-year-old Trudeau went shirtless with jeans for their day on the water. The images of their time together were also shared on social media.

Neither have officially confirmed the relationship, but the photos have put to rest the buzz between the two that are going viral on social media.

The 40-year-old Katy split up with Orland Bloom, the actor  in June 2025 after seven years of dating and six years of engagement, Trudeau announced separation from his wife Sophie Gregoire in August 2023 after 18 years of marriage. They have three children together; Xavier, 17, Ella-Grace, 16, and Hadrien, 11.

Speculation about a relationship between Perry and Trudeau began in July when the pair were observed dining at Le Violon restaurant in Montreal. The sighting marked the first public appearance that sparked romance rumors between the singer and the former political leader. The two were next spotted enjoying a stroll at Mount Royal Park.
