‘Dhurandhar’ tops 2025 Indian box office, Film collection crosses Rs 1,000 Crore worldwide
Aditya Dhar's ‘Dhurandhar’ has been running successfully in the theatres since its release on December 5 and has already become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.
Mumbai: ‘Dhurandhar’ has surpassed other 2025 blockbusters such as ‘Kantara’ Chapter 1 and ‘Chhaava’. While ‘Chhaava earned Rs. 807.91 crore globally and ‘Kantara’ Chapter 1 collected Rs. 852 crore worldwide, ‘Dhurandhar’ has surged ahead with a total worldwide gross of Rs. 1,006.7 crore.
In its opening week, ‘Dhurandhar’ collected Rs 218 crore, followed by Rs 261.50 crore in the second week. Between days 15 and 20, the film added another Rs 160.70 crore to its tally. On Christmas, the movie earned Rs 28.60 crore.
The blockbuster has also entered the list of the top ten highest-grossing Indian films based on domestic net collections, overtaking Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’ to secure ninth position.
By day 20, the film had crossed Rs 944 crore globally. With its exceptional performance on Day 21, ‘Dhurandhar’ has now firmly established itself as one of the biggest box office successes of the year.

The second part of the film is scheduled to release on March 19, 2026, and will hit the theatres worldwide in five languages.
