New Generation Venue launch to take place in India on November 4, Know expected specs and much more
The new generation of the ‘Hyundai Venue’ will be launching on November 4, 2025. It might be costlier than current generation.
The new generation of the ‘Hyundai Venue’ will be launching on November 4, 2025. The compact SUV will carry some updates over the outgoing model. The new-generation of Hyundai Venue was spotted in multiple spy images on several occasions. The engines on the new generation of Venue are likely to be the same as the outgoing model.
According to the spy-shots, the new-gen Venue will offer a boxy design. However, when it comes to front design, it will get a redesigned grille along with split headlamp setup. There will be vertical LED DRLs on the SUV. On the side, the new generation Venue gets thicker body cladding around the wheel arches.
On the rear, the compact SUV will offer a new connected LED tail lamp cluster. The rear windshield along with the bumper gets redevelopment. Some style elements on the new gen Venue are inspired from the bigger Hyundai SUVs like Creta and Palisade.
The engines on the new-generation Hyundai Venue will be the same as the current generation (outgoing model). The current generation 1.0-litre turbo unit generates 120hp while the 1.2-litre NA engine generates 83hp. The 1.5-litre diesel engine generates 100hp of maximum power. The NA petrol engine is available with 5-speed MT along while turbo-petrol engine comes with 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DCT. The diesel unit is paired with 6-speed MT.
Post its launch, the new-generation of the compact SUV will be competing with the likes of Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, and others.
When it comes to prices, the Hyundai venue has a starting price of Rs 7.26 lakh. This is after the implementation of GST 2.0 in India. The compact SUV used to costs Rs 7.94 lakh before that. The new generation of Hyundai Venue is likely to cost more than the current generation of the SUV.
