Mini Countryman JCW All4 debuts in India at a price of Rs 64.90 lakh

The Mini John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman has made its India debut on Tuesday. The company has introduced the all new Countryman JCW at an introductory price of Rs 64.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The carmaker opened the bookings for this performance SUV on 19th September. Now, the new Mini JCW Countryman is available for sale.
High–performance with 2.0-litre petrol engine
It is currently the most powerful Mini the company offers. This is a improved version of the five-door Mini Countryman. It offers more performance driven by a 2.0-litre petrol engine, mated to a seven-speed DCT. The engine produces 300bhp of power and 400Nm of torque. It is available with Mini’s All4 AWD system as part of the package.
According to the company, the Mini JCW Countryman can reach 0-100kmph in just 5.4 seconds. Moreover, it has a boost mode that can be added to increase speed to make quick overtakes.
Key features
The new Mini John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman is equipped with vertical reflectors on the front of the car with a redesigned John Cooper Works logo, and features the classic black, red, and white colour scheme. It sports the new Mini LED headlights that includes horizontal bars in JCW Signature Mode. Newly designed octagonal grille in high-gloss black flanks the front end of the car. Meanwhile, the roof is adorned in a contrast-colour paint and mirror caps. The car comes in new exterior colour options of Legend Grey or Midnight Black.
Inside the cabin, it features electronically adjustable JCW Sports Seats, Vesuvian/Cord combination JCW Black upholstery, and JCW Dashboard Trim with a JCW Steering Wheel with JCW logo and paddles in aluminium. It has versatile and spacious seats at the back. The rear row of seats can be adjusted by up to 130mm.
With the rear seat folded, the luggage compartment space increases from 500 litres to 1,450 litres. The other key features in includes Mini’s signature central screen, climate control, connected car technology, Mini digital key, 360-degree camera, and stop-start technology.
