Flipkart Big Billion Days: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro orders allegedly getting cancelled for multiple buyers despite prepaid payment
The iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro buyers whose orders got cancelled took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express their ordeal.
The Flipkart Big Billion Days are live in India and products across multiple categories get heavy discount. Big discounts are available on Android and Apple smartphones. However, things don’t seem to be good when it comes to iPhone 16 orders on the platform. Multiple buyers of iPhone 16 have alleged that their orders are getting cancelled despite prepaid payment.
The Big Billion Days Sale on Flipkart had started on September 22 for Black and Plus members. The iPhone 16 (128GB) was listed at Rs 51,999 while the iPhone 16 Pro (128GB) was listed at Rs 69,999. The price drop led to placement of massive orders and multiple buyers alleged that their orders got cancelled despite prepaid payment.
The dejected iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro buyers took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express their ordeal.
“Was able to grab iPhone 16 Pro 128gb and 256gb and both order has been cancelled given this reason. Absolutely Kachra experience,” wrote a customer. Another customer wrote, “You have started cancelling orders of iphone 16 and other thing which you offered at great discount during sale.”
