Toyota has launched the ‘Fortuner Leader Edition’ in India and the variant gets additional cosmetic and feature updates. The Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition launched only in the 4×2 diesel variants. The bookings for the 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition will start in the 2nd week of October.
What’s new on the Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition?
The 2025 Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition gets refreshed grille which offers black treatment. The skid plate as well as well as bumper areas gets some change in design. The 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition offers 18-inch alloy wheels along with revised rear bumper. There is ‘FORTUNER’ lettering on the initial side part of the car bonnet.
When it comes to the interior, the Fortuner Leader Edition gets new black-and-maroon finish on the door liners and seats. The 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition also gets auto-folding outside rear-view mirrors (ORVMs), tyre-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and illuminated scuff plates.
Colour options on the 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition are Attitude Black, Pearl White, Silver Metallic and Super White while the top is black.
Engine
The 2025 Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition is powered by a 2.8-litre diesel engine. The engine offers 204hp of maximum power and 500Nm of peak torque. It is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. It is offered in rear wheel drive (4×2) configuration.
Prices for the 2025 Fortuner Leader Edition are yet to be announced by Toyota.
