Mumbai: Disha Patani is on a roll after the super-successful Baaghi 2. The actress is taking extra care to ensure that she is a part of all the right projects which will provide an impetus to her career. The young actress, who mad eher debut with Neeraj Pandey’s MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, later featured in Sajid Nadiadwala’s Baaghi 2. She is currently shooting for Salman Khan’s Bharat.
It was reported a few days back that Disha has been approached by filmmaker Imtiaz Ali for his next opposite Kartik Aryan. Now, it is also being said that she was offered R Balki’s next film titled Mangalyaan opposite Akshay Kumar. However, Disha turned down the film.
Although Disha was very excited to work with Akshay and R. Balki- who happens to be one of her favourite directors, she turned down the film as she was apprehensive about the weight of the role being offered to her. The film featured four actresses and Vidya Balan has the meatier role. Thus, she decided to let go of the film as she was not happy with her role.
