Sparks rise between Brazilian first lady and Elon Musk as she says ‘F*** you, Elon Musk’

Adding fuel to the bitter war between Brazilian First Lady Janja Lula da Silva and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, Janja spoke bitterly at the G20 social event against Musk.

Criticising Musk-owned micro blogging platform X, for spreading  hate speech and fake news, she took a dig at the billionaire for not adhering to the local regulations (of Brazil) in August and for failing to block accounts that were found using hate speech and spreading fake news.

In her speech, Janja, the wife of Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, showed her displeasure against Musk saying, “I think it’s Elon Musk.” She then added, “I’m not afraid of you, f*** you, Elon Musk,” said Janja in her speech. Earlier, the Brazilian Supreme Court had blocked access to X over the failure of blocking of anti-social accounts.

She had also threatened to file a legal case against Elon Musk after her account got hacked, reportedly. X’s offices at Brazil were also closed, citing “censorship” by judge, even though its service was accessible to users across the country.

Responding to her speech at the G20 summit, Elon Musk said,” They are going to lose the next election.” As reported by the South China Morning Post, a spokesperson of Lula said, “We don’t have to offend or curse anyone.”
