New Delhi: If a news report is to be believed Russia is considering to establish a “Ministry of Sex” to make up the declining birth rate of the country.
Reportedly officials in Russia are exploring various ideas to maintain the demographic decline, which has been declining due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
The “Ministry of Sex” proposal was brought forward in a plea organized by the GlavPR agency.
Dr. Yevgeny Shestopalov, a regional health minister, quoted by Russian media, suggested that Russians could use coffee and lunch breaks at work to engage in “procreation.”
