A heartwarming video showing an adorable interaction between a deer and an Indian tourist in Nara, Japan, is currently shaking social media.
The sweet interaction between a deer and an Indian tourist in Nara, Japan, broke the internet as it made its appearance through this video. Divya, a digital content creator, shared the clip, which went viral after reaching 17.8 million views on Instagram as thousands of users gushed over the cuteness of the moment.
In the video, the blogger can be seen standing in front of one of the Famoso Nara deer and nods down gently to welcome it. To her surprise, the deer follows her act, mirroring it perfectly. Each time the lady keeps on nodding down, the deer replicates her movements, which shows graceful and almost human-like manners. The backdrop is the beautiful Nara park known for friendly and interactive deer.
As sharing the video on social media, Divya wrote on her caption, “Japan’s Nara deer are the coolest thing! While people say it’s in the DNA of the Nara deer to bow, I see the science of why. They bow because they know the simple old trick that they will be fed. They think of it as dogs! I saw the deer in Miyajima and this behaviour wasn’t spotted.”
The video continues to demonstrate other tourists attempting to replicate the same moves to connect with the deer, and they bow back to them like a greeting and also showing how lovely they are. Not long after that, the internet users entered into a frenzy by releasing their thoughts and reactions by flooding the comments section of the video.
Reacting to the video, a user commented, “They are so polite and cute.”
Another user commented, “Nara deers are actually a real thing.”
A third user posted a funny comment saying, “In Jaipur’s deer park you won’t find such disciplined deer.”
