The changing season brings unwanted sickness as the immunity drops due to sudden changes in weather like drop in humidity or temperature.

These sudden changes in temperature and humidity weaken our immunity. With weak immunity, the bacteria spread illness in our body and makes us suffer.

However,  we can prevent sickness during this season change by boosting our body immunity and taking proper care of the body.

The body immunity can be boosted with proper diet, adequate sleep, stress management, and taking care of hygiene.

The body will stay energized if you get a proper 7-8 hours of sleep a day. Quality sleep will help your defenses against infections during season change.

Taking a break and relaxing is good for your body. However, don’t be too relaxed that you become lazy or don’t be too active that you exhaust your body. This will weaken your body and might cause illness. You can try to stay fit with light exercise every day.

You should also take care of hygiene during this period. Keep clean with frequent hand washing, and sanitizing. This will minimize the spread of infection and illness causing bacteria.

If you have any type of allergies including dust or pollen allergy then try to keep the air in your home fresh and use masks and nasal spray.

Most important think you need to do is drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. You can drink water or herbal tea to aid in digestion and remove toxins.

Have some gut friendly foods including Curd and fermented food to improve immunity by strengthening the gut bacteria. You can also take some vaccines to prevent common seasonal infections.
