After Twitter and Facebook, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has joined another popular social media platform – Instagram. And, he chose the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya for this new initiative.
The first message of the CM on Instagram was ‘Jai Jagannath’ with the photo of world famous Puri Rath Yatra. ‘Jai Jagannath! Greetings on #AkshayaTritiya as preparations for the Lord’s journey begins”, his message read.
Soon after, the CM took the Twitter route to announce his entry into Instagram – “Invite my Friends to connect on @instagram now, and take forward our engagement with your views & suggestions – https://www.instagram.com/naveen_odisha/ “.
Naveen Patnaik currently has 110,363 followers on Facebook, while he has 147k followers on Twitter.
