Congress leader and trade union leader Bapi Sarkhel has been granted conditional bail in the murder of Seaways Shipping GM Mahendra Swain murder case by the Orissa High Court.
Bapi can’t go abroad and need to surrender his passport before the police. It can be recalled that OSL Chairman Mahimananda Mishra is already in jail in connection with the same case.
Bapi Sarkhel was arrested on November 18 in connection with the murder of Seaways Shipping GM Mahendra Swain in Paradip.
Although hearing on this matter was completed earlier, the HC had reserved the verdict.
