In a tragic incident, two girls drowned while taking bath in Nisar reservoir under Laxmipur block in Koraput district on Sunday.
Sources said, the girls identified as Gayatri Khasua and Anjali Khasua went to the reservoir to take bath this morning and drowned after they slipped into deep waters.
Meanwhile, rescue operation is on to trace them. Local administration is also on the spot.
