Vivo Y33T with 50MP triple camera, Snapdragon 680 SoC launched in India at Rs 18,990

New Delhi: Vivo has launched its new smartphone ‘Vivo Y33T’ with a 50MP rear camera and all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC in India on Monday. The Vivo Y33T has brought new upgrades over Vivo Y21T that was launched in the country last week. The new Vivo phone has more RAM and a higher resolution selfie camera sensor.

However, the Vivo Y33T comes in two distinct colour options with triple camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The smartphone is priced at Rs 18,990 for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option. It is available in two colour options — Midday Dream and Mirror Black colours. The phone can be purchased from vivo India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, Bajaj Finserv EMI Store, and across all partner retail stores starting today (January 10).

Vivo Y33T Specifications

In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 6.58 inch FHD+ in-cell display  with 1,080×2,408 pixels resolution. The display aims to deliver bright colours and vivid details whereas, Eye Protection Mode helps in effectively reducing blue-light.

The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, along with 8GB RAM. The RAM of the phone can be further expanded by up to 4GB using the built-in storage.

It comes with 128GB storage capacity. The triple card slot supports memory expansion of up to 1TB, for storing music, movies, photos, and films.

For photos and videos, the handset sports a versatile triple-camera setup at the back, capturing the artistic depth and high-resolution images with perfection. The triple camera set up houses a 50MP main camera sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The main camera captures clear photos through day and night.

For night photography lovers, the rear camera features the Super Night algorithm with noise reduction technology. The Vivo Y33T has a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front with an f/2.0 lens.

Vivo Y33T packs 5000mAh battery that supports 18W Fast Charging and VEG (vivo Energy Guardian) technology that helps in effective energy management. The device also features vivo Multi-Turbo 5.0 that optimizes the memory to improve performance.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, and a USB Type-C port.The sensors of the phone includes an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
