Airtel upgrades Rs 2999 plan with free Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription

Bharti Airtel’s Rs 2999 plan will now offers a new over-the-top (OTT) platform benefit for its subscribers. As per reports, the telco has added a free Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription with this plan. That means the Airtel users will now be getting unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS/day, and 2GB of daily data, along with a free Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription and a validity of 365 days with the Rs 2999 plan.

This change was reported by Telecom Talk.

Airtel Rs 2999 plan Details

The Rs 2999 plan of Airtel has a validity of 365 days and offers 2GB of daily data that means users get a total of 730GB of high-speed data. In addition, users get unlimited voice calling benefit and 100 SMS/day.

The plan will now offer Disney+ Hotstar Mobile benefit worth Rs 499 for free, which was not included in the plan earlier.

Apart from these, the plans also brings Airtel Thanks benefits to its subscribers as well. The Airtel Thanks benefit includes Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition free trial for one month, Wynk Music, Shaw Academy, FASTag cashback of Rs 100, and more.

The free Disney+ Hotstar Mobile benefit of the plan is listed in both the mobile app and the official website of the telco.

With the added benefit, the Rs 2999 plan has now become the same as the Rs 3359 plan. Now, the Rs 2999 plan offers the same benefits as the Rs 3359 plan.

Airtel Rs 3359 Plan 

The benefits of the Rs 3359 plan are now identical to that of the Rs 2999 plan. That means, the Rs 3359 plan offers free Disney+ Hotstar Mobile benefit, 365 days validity, unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS/day, and 2GB of daily data benefit.

So we are expecting the Rs 3359 plan to receive some changes soon.

There’s also the possibility of the telco dropping the Disney+ Hotstar subscription with the Rs 2999 plan.

However, Airtel had made the changes more than a week ago, and the company has not made any changes in the benefits of one of the plans till now.
