Tata Play Fiber users can get Rs 1150 plan for free; Know how

Tata Sky Broadband was recently renamed as Tata Play Fiber. It is offering the Rs 1150 Plan for free to its users for a period of one month. The plan comes with high-speed internet connection with 200 Mbps download and upload speed.

Tata Play Fiber has introduced this offer under the ‘Try and Buy’ scheme. Under this scheme, users can first test the service quality of the company and then make a commitment by purchasing the connection.

Though the 200 Mbps plan under the ‘Try and Buy’ offer is being offered at no cost, users will have to pay a one-time refundable security deposit.

Make a Refundable Security Deposit for Getting free 200 Mbps Plan of Tata Play Fiber

According to the company, if the Tata Play Fiber users want to get the 200 Mbps plan for free then they will have to make a completely refundable security despot payment of Rs 1500. This trial plan brings 1000GB of high-speed data. Tata Play Fiber users will also get a free landline connection during the trial period.

To get the refund from the company, users will have to cancel the connection within or by the 30th day. However, even if the user cancels the connection after consuming 30 days of service, the company will still charge a amount of Rs 500. That means users will get a refund amount of Rs 1,000 out of the security deposit after the cancellation. Furthermore, the refund to the user is subject to the customer premise equipment (CPE) recovery.

But, the user can always opt to recharge with one of the plans offered by the company instead of cancelling the subscription to get great offers.

For example. if the user goes with the 100 Mbps plan for three months at least, then they can get a full refund of Rs 1500. However, if the user chooses to get the 50 Mbps plan for three months, then the refund amount will be deducted to Rs 500, and the remaining Rs 1,000 will be in the security deposit wallet.

If going for the monthly plans, the user will be refunded Rs 1000 after three months of active service, and the remaining Rs 500 will stay in the security deposit wallet.

The company is offering the Try and Buy scheme as a promotional offer and the scheme is only available in select regions of the country, including New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Greater Noida, Mumbai, and more.
