Sony Xperia 10 III lite smartphone launched, features a sleek design along with Snapdragon processor

Amid several smartphone launches of various companies, Sony has silently launched a new smartphone after a long time in the Japanese market. The Sony Xperia 10 III Lite has been launched by the company and the device is based on Sony Xperia 10 III.

In terms of design the Sony Xperia III has a simple design both at the front and at the rear. The front display neither has a punch-hole/ water drop or a notch display. The front camera is located above the display and is placed below the earpiece.

In terms of specifications, the display of the device is 6-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2520 pixels. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 processor along with a 6GB RAM. The internal storage of the device is 64GB along with an optional memory expansion up to 1TB via micro SD card slot.

The rear camera of Sony Xperia 10 III consists of a triple camera setup which includes a 12 MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens and 8MP telephoto lens. The front camera is an 8MP lens and can be used for taking selfies and attending video calls. The device is powered by a 4500mAh battery along with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security purposes.

The colour options available for the device are White, Blue, Pink and Black. The device is priced at JPY 46,800 (approx. Rs 31,600) and will go on sale from August 27.

The connectivity options of the smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C, 5G, 3.5mm headphone jack and IP65/68 water resistance.
