Sony PlayStation Portal gets launched in India, can stream PS5 and PS4 games

Sony has launched the Sony PlayStation Portal in India. The device was launched after nine months of its launch in the US markets. With this device, gamers can play the games that are installed in the PS5 console through their home Wi-Fi network.

For those who are scratching their head in confusion, the PlayStation Portal is a handheld remote player that is a PlayStation 5 console. The device lets you to wirelessly stream the PS5 and PS4 games that are installed in your console over your home Wi-Fi network in the device. This means that if you are in your bedroom you can still play your PS5 while someone else is using the TV.

This Sony PlayStation Portal is actually a DualSense controller which has a display in the middle. The device has exact same features and functionality as the DualSense. The display of the device has a 8-inch display, 60Hz 1080p IPS LCD. The display also offers touchscreen. The device also has built-in speakers as well as headphone jack for audio. Users can also pair Sony accessories like Sony PULSE Explore and PULSE Elite headphones.
