Samsung Galaxy F23 5G with 120Hz display, 50MP triple cameras launched in India, Know price, specs and features

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G has been unveiled in India as the latest offering of the company at a launch event on Tuesday. The device has been introduced as a successor to the Galaxy F22 that was launched last year. The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G features a rectangular rear camera module, a waterdrop notch, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Samsung Galaxy F23 5G sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ display, a 120Hz refresh rate supported display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G price in India, sale date

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G price in India is set at Rs 17,499 for the 4GB RAM +128GB variant and Rs 18,499 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. However, Samsung is offering the device an introductory price of Rs 14,999 and Rs 15,999, respectively. This introductory pricing includes a Rs 1,000 instant cashback via ICICI Bank.

The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G will be available for sale in Aqua Blue and Forrest Green colour options on Flipkart and Samsung’s official Indian websites from at 12 pm of March 16.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G specifications

Samsung Galaxy F23 comes equipped with a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass, and a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper. It runs on Android 12 based OneUI 4.1 custom skin out of the box.

Under the hood, the handset has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor paired with Adreno 619 GPU and up to 6GB RAM. For storage, the smartphone has 128GB of internal storage that supports further expansion via a microSD card.

The device draws power from a a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.

Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.

Talking about its cameras, the Samsung Galaxy F23 sports a triple rear camera system which houses a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with a 123-degree FoV, and a 2MP macro sensor for close-up shots. For selfies and video chats, the device has a 13MP snapper on the front.

The Samsung Galaxy F23 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It also has Dolby Atmos and Samsung Pay support.
