Samsung Foldable Smartphone To Have 7.3 Inch Display, Triple Camera Set-Up

New Delhi: Samsung’s new foldable smartphones, expected to hit markets early this year, will feature a huge 7.3 inch display and a triple camera set-up with super wide-angle abilities, reports stated. The smartphone, rumoured to be called Samsung Galaxy Flex/Fold, is the most anticipated device to be launched this year. It is expected to debut as a part of the Galaxy-F series.

The two main sensors of the triple camera set-up will be the same as on the upcoming Galaxy S10 series. It will be accompanied by a third super wide-angle sensor for more composition in photos.

As per reports, the triple camera modules will be supplied by Samsung’s subsidiary Samsung Electro-Mechanics. The foldable device will sport a 4.58-inch display when folded, and increases to 7.3-inch when used without any folds. The initial volume is reportedly expected to be at one million only, as Samsung will look to test waters before increasing mass production.

The Samsung foldable smartphone is expected to come with Bixby 3.0, and a demo of the smartphone is expected to be seen at MWC 2019 in February. Although nothing is official, the smartphone may be launched in March. It is expected to be priced above Rs. 1,20,000 and feature 512GB of internal storage. It is expected to come in Silver colour option.
