Reliance Launches Jio Saarthi to Ease Reacharge for Subscribers

New Delhi: Digital giant Reliance Jio has launched a new In-app Assistant called Jio Saarthi. Jio Saarthi will make digital recharges easier for subscribers.

The telco has integrated the assistant, which it calls an in-app genie, within the MyJio app to facilitate digital recharges for Jio subscribers, reported Gadgets360.

The new move made by Reliance aims at increasing online recharges through the MyJio Application.  And it will make the whole procedure easier for users who haven’t done an online recharge so far. So, if you have performed a recharge digitally, you won’t see Saarthi in MyJio on your smartphone.

Jio Saarthi will be providing step-by-step voice directions for picking up a recharge option through the MyJio app. It is also designed to help users locate payment details and use their credit or debit cards for digital recharges.

Initially, Jio Saarthi will be available in English and Hindi only. But soon Reliance is planning to make the assistant available in 12 regional languages to ease the recharge process for all the subscribers in India.
