Redmi Note 11T 5G launches in India with 50MP main camera and 33W charging; Price, specs

Redmi India has launched its latest smartphone Redmi Note 11T 5G earlier on Tuesday. The smartphone is said to be the direct successor to last year’s Redmi Note 10T 5G.

The key specs of the device includes a 90Hz display, MediaTek’s Dimensity 810 5G chipset, a dual camera set up with a 50MP main shooter, a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging support. The Redmi Note 11T 5G comes with similar specification as the vanilla Redmi Note 11.

The Redmi Note 11T 5G will compete with Realme and Samsung in mid-segment.

Redmi Note 11T 5G Price and availability

Redmi Note 11T 5G price in India starts at Rs 16,999 for the basic 6GB RAM and 64GB storage model. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option is costs Rs 17,999 while the top-end model 8GB RAM + 128GB model carries a price tag of Rs 19,999.

However, you can get the three variants of the Redmi Note 11T 5G for Rs 14,999, Rs 15,999 and Rs 17,999 respectively under the new introductory offer for a limited time.

The phone is available in three colour options such as Stardust White, Aquamarine Blue or Matte Black.

It is set to go on its first sales on December 7 at 12 noon local time via Xiaomi India’s website, Amazon India, Mi Home stores and partnering retailers.

Redmi Note 11T 5G Specifications

Redmi Note 11T 5G features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for its 16MP selfie cam. It runs on Android 11 coupled with MIUI 12.5. The display come protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and is IP53 rated.

It is powered by the MediaTek’s Dimensity 810 5G chipset paired with 6/8GB RAM and 64/128GB storage.

For photos and videos, the device sports a dual rear camera setup that houses a 50MP primary shooter and an 8MP secondary ultrawide sensor despite multiple of camera cutout look-alikes.

It packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33W charging via USB-C. The phone also has a headphone jack, stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

    Quite competitive in India under 20k. Looks good with the Dimensity 810 chipset it has and its camera section.

    So the Lava smartphone gets a competition at the same price and with the same Mediatek chipset. The camera section looks good as well.
