Realme is going to expand its Narzo 50 lineup in India with the addition of two new smartphones — the Narzo 50 5G and Narzo 50 Pro 5G. The company has announced to debut the two new smartphones in the country at a launch event on May 18. The new smartphones will be joining the existing four smartphone in the Narzo 50 series that are the Narzo 50i, Narzo 50A, Narzo 50 4G and Narzo 50A Prime.

Realme confirmed the launch date via a tweet on its official page with a poster that says, “Achieve the top spot with the #realmenarzo50Pro 5G! Packed with a powerful Dimensity 920 5G Processor, the fastest 5G processor in the segment. Most Powerful 5G Gaming Mid-Ranger #Mighty5GGameOn Launching at 12:30 PM, 18th May.”
Realme Narzo 50 5G and Narzo 50 Pro 5G specs
According to the official poster shared by the company, the Narzo 50 Pro 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 920 chipset. The company has claimed that the Dimensity 920 5G chipset is the fastest 5G processor in the segment. The device has an AnTuTu score of 4,96,670. Furthermore, the smartphone will come with a 5-layer vapor cooling chamber cooling system, which promises to keep the temperature 10 degrees cooler.
Apart from this, the company has not revealed any other information about the specifications and features of Narzo 50 5G and Narzo 50 Pro 5G yet.
However, the leaked reports have revealed some of the specifications of the Narzo 50 5G online. The Narzo 50 5G might feature a 6.58-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device is expected to be powered by the Mediatek Helio G96 SoC, paired with 4GB/6GB of LPPDR4X RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage.
The smartphone is likley to pack a 4,800mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The Narzo 50 Pro could run Realme UI 3.0 on top of Android 12. The Realme Narzo 50 5G may feature a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor.
