Realme announces the launch date for Realme 8i and Realme 8s 5G, Check details here

Smartphone manufacturer Realme has announced the launch of its new smartphones Realme 8i, Realme 8s 5G in the India. Both the smartphones are scheduled to get launched in September 9. The company took to social media platform Twitter to announce the development.

The company has teased that the realme 8s 5G will feature world’s first MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G Processor for unprecedented performance. The launch of both the smartphones will be done through a virtual event at 12:30 PM on September 9, 2021.

Ahead of the launch of Realme 8i and Realme 8s 5G the specifications have been teased over the internet by various sources.

It is expected that the Realme 8i will get a MediaTek Helio G96 octa core processor. The device will have a 6.59 inch full HD+ display along with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device will have at least 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. In terms of optics the device will have a triple camera setup which includes a 50MP primary sensor. The selfie camera will be 16 MP while the battery of the device will be 5000mAh capacity.

The Realme 8s 5G which is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G Processor and offers a display of 6.5 inches with 90 Hz display. The device has a memory option for 6GB/ 8GB and storage option of 128 GB/ 256GB. The device is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery which supports fast charging of 33W. In terms of camera the device will sport a triple camera setup which will include a 64 MP primary camera. The front camera is expected to feature a 16MP camera for taking selfie and attending video calls.
