OnePlus recently launched the OnePlus 10 Pro and the company is reportedly planning to launch several other smartphones later this year. Among the upcoming OnePlus devices, we could see a OnePlus Nord 2T, OnePlus Nord CE 2 and a OnePlus Nord CE Lite. Now, a new report by 91Mobiles has revealed some of the key details about the OnePlus Nord CE Lite.

According to 91Mobiles, in collaboration with the tipster Yogesh Brar, the device is coming with a 64 MP main camera and the device may ditch the alert slider, which has been a trademark for OnePlus phones in recent years.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite specifications (Expected)

The Nord CE 2 Lite is tipped to feature a triple-camera setup that will have a 64MP OmniVision primary camera paired with a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP mono lens. Let us tell you that Omnivision is a relevant camera manufacturer, but it’s not as popular as Sony and Samsung. But, its cheaper, which may be the reason OnePlus may include them in the upcoming phone. The company will likely use them to reduce the price of the device and make it more affordable. For selfies and video calls, the handset will reportedly have a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor on the front.

The report has also suggested that the handset will offer a 3.5 mm audio jack and will leave the alert slider behind. The handset will come with an LCD panel and will arrive in India as well, this will make it the first phone from OnePlus with an LCD panel to come to India, reported 91Mobiles. The OnePlus Nord N100 and N200 with LCD displays aren’t available in India.

Under the hood, the handset will bring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC to make it support 5G connectivity. The device’s LCD display is said to have a size of 6.59-inch with Full HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The upcoming device will pack a 5,000 mAh battery with a 33 W fast-charging support.
