OnePlus Ace 5 likely to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor
The OnePlus Ace 5 is expected to be launched soon and the processor on the device will be Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. This has been revealed by leakster Digital Chat Station. It has also been revealed that the device will have a lot of specs that were already present on the previous Ace. This will mean that the device will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and wired charging of 100W.
The major change on the device is expected to be a bigger Silicone-Carbon battery. The device will consist of two 3000 mAh cells. This means that the total minimal charge on the device is of 6000 mAh.
Speaking about the name, OnePlus will skip the number 4 name on the Ace due to the company’s superstition. The company is now jumping straight to the number 5. The new phone is expected to offer 6.78 inch 8T LTPO OLED display with 1240p resolution which is made by BOE. The wired charging remains the same and it is a downgrade from the 150W that is offered on the Ace 2 Pro. The company has recently launched Ace 3 Pro.
At the rear, there are three cameras and the primary camera is a 50MP sensor. The front panel gets slight curves on all four sides. According to the latest leak, the new Ace will offer an alert slider.
OnePlus Ace 5 device is expected to launch before October of this year. The company will be launching the OnePlus 13 towards the end of the year and is likely to offer better specs. For those who are unknown, OnePlus Ace 3 Pro (not available in India) offers almost similar features as the OnePlus 12R.
