OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro Receiving OxygenOS 11.2.2.2 Update In India, Check Details Here

The OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro are receiving the OxygenOS 11.2.2.2 update. Both the phones were launched under the OnePlus 9 series in India on March 23. The update brings system-level optimizations, changes to the Dark Mode and the camera app.

It is not known whether the latest updates are being rolled out only in India, or in other regions as well.

The phones was launched with OxygenOS based on Android 11.

As per reports of NDTV Gadgets 360, the the over-the-air (OTA) update for OnePlus 9 is listed as OxygenOS 11.2.2.2.LE25DA and as OxygenOS 11.2.2.2.LE15DA for OnePlus 9 Pro in India. The size of the update is 377MB for both the phone.

The OxygenOS 11.2.2.2 update also comes with the March 2021 Android security patch.

The new update includes optimization of charging stability, the quality of WhatsApp video during the video calls are improved, and vibrating performance of games.

The update also fixes the issue of the navigation bar of split-screen apps not working in Dark Mode.

While the camera updates of the phones improves the rear camera’s sharpness and white balance as well as zoom performance. The white balance of the front camera has also been improved in this update.

OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9 was launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoCs. The OnePlus 9 Pro can be purchased on the company’s official online store. OnePlus 9 will be available for sale from April 14.

The OnePlus 9 series in India also includes OnePlus 9R that will become available for pre-orders later this month.
