According to XDA Developers, the upgrade to Android 12 is rolling out to users in the form of an over-the-air (OTA) update. It could be rolled out in stages so, all users may not get it at the same time frame.

The update has brought a Work-Life Balance, which allows users to switch between Work and Life modes using a Quick Setting. Users can also customize each mode with app-specific notification settings, and each mode can be triggered by location, Wi-Fi network, or the time.

The Gallery has been updated to support pinch-to-zoom layouts while you scroll through thumbnails. This will improve the process of cropping image previews and picking the best pictures.
