Nokia C30 with Unisoc SC9863A Processor and 6000mAh Battery launched in India at a starting price of Rs 10,999

New Delhi:  Smartphone manufacturer Nokia has unveiled its budget smartphone Nokia C30 in India today. With this recent launch, HMD global is planning to strengthen its popular C-series portfolio of smartphones in the Indian market.

The Nokia C30 is available in two variants- 3GB RAM +32GB storage and 4GB RAM+64GB storage. While the 3GB RAM version costs Rs 10,999, the 4GB RAM variant costs Rs 11,999. Both the smartphones will be available across leading offline retail stores, e-commerce platforms and also on Nokia.com. The Nokia C30 is available in colour variants of green and white colour.

Customers who choose to avail the JioExclusive offer will get an instant price support of 10 per cent or a maximum of Rs 1,000 on the best buy price, and will have to pay Rs 9,999 and 10999 for the 3GB and 4GB variant, respectively.

In terms of specification, the smartphone features a 6.82-inch HD+ display with brightness of 400 nits. Under the hood the smartphone is powered by Unisoc SC9863A processor and an expandable memory up to 256 GB through a micro SD memory card. The C30 features a 6,000 mAh battery that the company said can last up to three days on single charge.

The optics on the Nokia C30 has a dual camera setup at the rear and a selfie camera at the front. The dual camera setup includes a 13MP primary lens and 2MP secondary lens. The selfie camera is 5MP and is efficient of taking great pictures.

The connectivity features on the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB and 3.5mm headphone jack. The fingerprint sensor is rear mounted and adds enhanced security to the device.

“The new Nokia C30 is the most powerful addition to our C-series range, and it epitomizes what this range stands for — a holistic smartphone experience at an accessible price point,” Sanmeet Singh Kochhar, Vice President, HMD Global, said in a statement.

“The Nokia C30 is an answer to what people have been asking for – more time between charges, bigger screen, our signature security and durability, and an accessible price point,” Kochhar added.
