Motorola launches its budget smartphone Moto G22 in India, Check the price and specifications

Smartphone maker Motorola has launched its latest budget smartphone Moto G22 in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs 10,999 and interested buyers can purchase it at ecommerce website Flipkart. The Moto G22 offers a stock android experience to users at a budget.

However, Motorola has announced some inaugural offers for the buyers who purchase the device on April 13 and April 14. The users who will purchase the device on these two days will get Rs 1000 off on the actual price of the device. This brings the price of Moto G22 at Rs 9999.

The specifications of the Moto G22 are described below.

Motorola had unveiled the smartphone on Friday. The device sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD punch hole display with 90Hz refresh rate.  The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery and gets a 20W TurboPower charger. Surprisingly the smartphone that is being sold outside India gets a 15 W charger.

The smartphone is offered in two colour variants, iceberg blue and cosmic black.

In terms of camera the Moto g22 comes with a quad-camera setup at the rear and selfie camera at the front. The 16MP selfie camera is present at the front while the back camera has a primary camera of 50MP. The other cameras at the rear include a 8MP ultra-wide camera and other 2MP cameras. While one 2MP camera is a depth camera other is a macro camera.

The smartphone features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD punch hole display with 90Hz Max Vision display and it houses 5,000mAh battery along with a 20W TurboPower charger.

The Moto G22 is powered by MediaTek Helio G37 processor which comes with 4GB (LPDDR4X) RAM for an efficient processor. The processor offers improved power efficiency when it comes to day to day activities. Other major aspects of the new smartphone include a water-repellent design, a side Fingerprint Scanner and Face unlock.

The design of the device is quite spectacular from the back as well as from the front. The smartphone is 185gm in weight and is 8.4mm thin.
