Moto Watch 100 With 2 weeks battery life launched; Priced around Rs 7,400

Lenovo-owned Motorola has finally launched the Moto Watch 100 on Wednesday. The new smartwatch is claimed to deliver up to 14 days battery life on a single charge. The watch has a circular design and comes with advanced features including heart rate tracking and blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring.

The Moto Watch 100 runs on Moto OS, which makes it the company’s first smartwatch to do so. The custom operating system is claimed to be focussed on health and is designed to increase the smartwatch’s battery life. The Moto Watch 100 is said to last up to 2 weeks on a single charge.

Moto Watch 100 price, availability

Moto Watch 100 is priced at $99.99 (around Rs 7,400). The smartwatch is available in two colours– Glacier Silver and Phantom Black in the Motorola US website.

It is currently available for pre-orders in the US market, with its shipments starting from December 10.

There is no information on the details about its availability in other markets including India yet.

Moto Watch 100 specifications

The Moto Watch 100 features a 1.3-inch circular LCD display with a 360 x 360 pixels resolution and runs on Moto OS. The smartwatch has an ‘Always On’ feature. It is equipped with an slew of sensors including an accelerometer, gyroscope, heart rate monitor, and an SpO2.

These sensors shows detailed records of heart rate, sleep tracking, weight tracking, and blood oxygen levels. With these sensors, users can keep track of their fitness stats and data.

The aluminium casing makes the Moto Watch 100 water resistant.

The Motorola smartwatch comes preloaded with 26 sport modes that helps track results of health while involving in activities and games such as basketball, badminton, bike indoor, cricket, snowboard, tennis, yoga, and others.

Users can access their fitness tracking data on their smartphone by paring it with the Moto Watch 100. The smartwatch also has Bluetooth v5.0 and GPS connectivity support.

Moto Watch 100 is compatible with devices running on at least Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0. The smartwatch has a 20mm wrist strap that has a quick release liver and it is replaceable .

The Moto Watch 100 has a 355mAh battery that is rated to last for up to 14 days on a single charge. The built-in battery of the smartwatch can be fully charged in 60 minutes using the bundled magnetic charging cable. It measures 42x46x11.9mm and weighs 29 grams.
