Reliance Industries held its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The main highlight of the meeting was Jio’s AI Everywhere For Everyone’ vision. The company is planning to offer powerful AI models and services to everyone in India at the most affordable prices.
While addressing the company AGM 2024, the company chairman Mukesh Ambani announced new Jio AI-Cloud Welcome offer.
The Jio AI-Cloud Welcome offers 100 GB of free cloud storage to Jio users. They can use this free cloud space to securely store and access all their photos, videos, documents, all other digital content, and data.
The plan will be available to users starting from Diwali this year, which has become a norm for the business giant.
The company aims to provide powerful and affordable cloud storage solution to Jio users with the new AI-Cloud Welcome offer. Jio is owrkign towards making cloud data storage and data-powered AI services are available to everyone everywhere.
“We will also have the most affordable prices in the market for those needing even higher storage,” he also added.
The Chairman also added that the company is developing a Jio Brain, which is a comprehensive suite of tools and platforms that span the entire AI lifecycle.
Jio Brain enables us to accelerate AI adoption across Jio, driving faster decisions, more accurate predictions, and better understanding of customer needs. We are also starting to use Jio Brain to drive a similar transformation across other Reliance operating companies, and to fast-track their AI journey as well.
